My Family

Yesterday was a very interesting day for my family and I.  My mom called me from work and she had some news for me.  My dad went into his doctor for his check up since he is suppose to get knee replacements but instead they found that his arteries were blocked.  So now, my dad has to go in for surgey for his heart instead of his knees. 

I also recieved a call from my sister later that afternoon.  She told me that she was on her way to the hopital and it made me worry.  She told me that she was getting ready to deliever her babe.  I recieved a text today at 3:20 in the morning with a pick of the babe and it was a boy.  His name was Logan. 

So the past few days have been very interesting for our family.  IT has had its ups and downs but im sure we will survive.  we are a stong family and stick with eachother no matter what happens at anytime.

The Day of Nov. 18, 2010

Today is November 18, 2010 and its a cold and chilly day.  Walking to class this morning was rough, did not really want to get out of bed and go to class.  I could have slept in all day and stayed warm but I knew I had to go to class and learn.  My roommate and I have two of the same classes today, they both are political science classes.

I went to my first class at 9:30 this morning.  In class we talked about funding elections.  It was a pretty interesting class to be in and a very good discussion.  One of the best parts about this was that we got out of the class early and next class is cancelled.  This means I get to go home for break early.

Lastly, tonight at 8:30 my team and I have an intramural volleyball game.  Our team name is "Swasted Time".  I know it's are pretty sweet name.  Our team is pretty good and we should make the playoffs.  Cannot wait to play tonight, everyone should be there.
